## When the Room Needs More Than a Presentation

In a world flooding with artificial intelligence, chatbots, and algorithmic decision-making, Shaman Dr. YY Baker asks the question no one else is asking loudly enough: *What happens to us — the humans — when we forget how to trust ourselves?* She is not a motivational speaker with a polished slide deck and borrowed quotes. She is a traditional healer, a retired U.S. Army Veteran with 22 years of service, a trauma-informed educator, and the founder of the WISE Warrior Institute. Her message was not assembled in a boardroom. It was forged through decades of pain, power, and hard-won wisdom.

Dr. YY Baker carries a title she earned in every sense of the word: **I Am H.I.S.™ — The Human Intelligence Strategist.** Her life's work sits at the intersection where leadership, learning, healing, and human connection collide. For more than 30 years, she has walked alongside individuals navigating trauma, dysfunction, burnout, and broken systems — and she has developed the tools to help them walk out the other side with clarity, courage, and emotional fitness.

## A Story That Commands the Stage

What sets Dr. Baker apart from every other leadership or wellness speaker on the circuit is not just her credentials — it is her convergence of worlds. She is simultaneously a retired military veteran, a certified shaman, a neuromuscular therapist, a craniosacral practitioner, and a Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) specialist. She doesn't just talk about resilience — she has *lived* it through military sexual trauma, systemic dysfunction, and the kind of pressure that breaks most people.

That lived experience translates directly to the stage. Audiences don't feel lectured. They feel *seen*. Dr. Baker has a rare gift: the ability to hold space for an entire room, regulate the emotional temperature, and guide people toward genuine self-awareness — all in real time. Her proprietary framework, **Real-Time Regulation™**, teaches individuals and teams how to recognize what is happening inside their nervous systems, pause before reacting, read the emotional landscape around them, and make wiser decisions when the stakes are highest.

### The TEACH Model and SEL in Practice

For educators, school administrators, and organizational leaders, Dr. Baker brings her trauma-informed **TEACH Model** — a structured, compassionate approach to Social and Emotional Learning that meets people where dysfunction actually lives. This is not feel-good theory. It is a functional blueprint for creating psychologically safe environments where learning, leadership, and healing can actually happen.

Her work in **Nervous-System Leadership** and Emotional Fitness bridges the gap between what we know intellectually and what we actually do under pressure. In high-stakes environments — military, healthcare, education, corporate — that gap is where relationships collapse, decisions go wrong, and people burn out. Dr. Baker closes it.

## Who Should Book Shaman Dr. YY Baker?

Event planners seeking a speaker who can move a room — intellectually, emotionally, and energetically — will find exactly that in Dr. Baker. She is a powerful fit for:

- **Corporate leadership conferences** focused on human-centered culture, AI integration, and authentic connection
- **Education summits and professional development days** seeking trauma-informed, SEL-grounded programming
- **Veterans' organizations and military community events** addressing post-traumatic growth, survivor advocacy, and wellness
- **Healthcare and mental health conferences** exploring nervous system regulation and practitioner resilience
- **Women's leadership events and empowerment summits** where her story and frameworks resonate deeply
- **Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives** requiring voices rooted in lived experience — not just theory

She is equally compelling as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, or breakout session leader. Her range is extraordinary: she can open a three-day summit with electrifying energy and close a healing retreat with sacred intention.

## What Technology Cannot Replace

Here is the throughline of everything Dr. YY Baker does: **AI can process data, but it cannot hold your hand in the dark.** It cannot feel the shift in a room when trust breaks. It cannot regulate a nervous system in crisis or witness someone's pain with genuine empathy. As organizations race to adopt artificial intelligence, the human skills Dr. Baker teaches — sound judgment, emotional attunement, courageous connection — are not soft skills. They are survival skills.

Her message is not anti-technology. It is pro-humanity. And right now, that message has never been more urgent — or more marketable to the audiences your events serve.
