## The Leader Behind the Leader

Every visionary CEO has a secret weapon — someone operating in the background who keeps the machine running, the team aligned, and the mission on track. Izabela Stasiukiewicz has spent over 25 years building those people. As the Founder of Capable Leadership™ and a trusted advisor based in Bainbridge, Indiana, she has quietly become one of the most impactful voices in leadership development — not by chasing the spotlight, but by training the people who hold it steady.

Her client roster reads like a who's who of high-stakes leadership: Kevin Harrington, the original Shark from ABC's *Shark Tank*; leaders operating at the White House level; and the legendary Zig Ziglar Corporation. These aren't just names to drop — they're proof of a singular truth Izabela has built her career around: organizations rise or fall on the strength of the leaders *behind* the leader.

## What Is Capable Leadership™?

Capable Leadership™ is Izabela's proprietary framework for developing the executives, operators, and strategic partners that CEOs depend on most — Executive Assistants, Project Managers, Chiefs of Staff, and COOs. These are the people who don't just execute tasks; they carry culture, manage crises, and make judgment calls when no one is watching.

The framework is grounded in four pillars: **awareness**, **emotional intelligence**, **ownership**, and **clarity**. Together, they transform well-meaning team members into leaders who operate independently under pressure — leaders who don't wait to be told what to do, but who instinctively know *why* they're doing it. In a business landscape where burnout is epidemic and leadership pipelines are thin, Izabela's work addresses one of the most urgent gaps in organizational health.

### From the Boardroom to the Stage

What makes Izabela compelling as a speaker isn't just her résumé — it's her perspective. Having sat in the room with entrepreneurial founders at every stage of growth, she understands what it actually feels like to navigate uncertainty alongside a high-stakes visionary. She's not speaking from theory; she's speaking from the trenches.

Her speaking topics span the full arc of leadership and organizational growth:

- **Entrepreneurship & Innovation** — How to build cultures that can move fast without breaking people
- **Leadership Development** — Turning operational roles into strategic ones
- **Team Building & Collaboration** — Creating alignment when the founder can't be everywhere
- **Motivation & Mindset** — The internal shifts that separate good leaders from great ones
- **Effective Communication** — How clarity at the top prevents chaos everywhere else
- **Goal Setting** — Building execution systems that actually survive contact with reality

Across all of these, Izabela brings a grounded, human-first approach. Audiences don't leave with a list of buzzwords — they leave with a framework they can implement on Monday morning.

## Who Should Book Izabela?

Izabela is a natural fit for events where the audience includes emerging or mid-level leaders who are ready to step into greater ownership — think corporate leadership retreats, entrepreneur conferences, women's leadership summits, association meetings, and executive development programs.

She's especially powerful in rooms where the *support* side of leadership is often overlooked: events for Chiefs of Staff, Executive Assistants, and Operations leaders who are hungry to be seen and developed as the strategic partners they truly are. If your attendees are the people holding organizations together from the inside, Izabela speaks directly to their experience and ambition.

For event planners, she represents exceptional value. Her in-person speaking fee ranges from **$2,500 to $5,000**, with virtual engagements available from **$500 to $1,500** — making her accessible for a wide range of event budgets without sacrificing depth or impact.

## A Voice That Fills the Gap

In a speaker market crowded with generalist motivators and celebrity executives, Izabela Stasiukiewicz occupies a rare and valuable niche. She speaks to the mechanics of real leadership — the kind that doesn't happen on a TEDx stage, but in the early morning Slack message, the crisis call on a Friday afternoon, and the quiet decision that defines a company's culture.

Her message is clear: capable leadership isn't a title. It's a practice. And it can be developed, trained, and scaled — in any organization, at any stage.

If you're planning an event where leaders are ready to do the real work, Izabela Stasiukiewicz is the speaker who will meet them there.
